Potassium feldspar belongs to the feldspar group of minerals. Based on its density, hardness, ingredients and properties, it is widely used in industrial manufacturing such as glass, electric porcelain and potash fertilizers. In addition, potassium feldspar can also be ground into ultra-fine white ash powder, which can be used in construction, agriculture, industry, rubber, metallurgy and some high-tech industries.

Potassium feldspar crusher

Potassium feldspar has high density, hardness and silica content, which causes serious wear and tear on the crusher's plates, hammers, chambers and other components. Therefore, in the design of the potassium feldspar crushing process, a crusher based on the laminated principle should be used as much as possible to reduce the wear of wear-resistant parts. Potash feldspar crushers include jaw crushers, cone crushers and impact crushers.

Potash rock crushing process

The raw materials are sent into the silo through the dump truck, and the materials are evenly sent into the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder to prevent the materials from impacting the crushing cavity and causing equipment damage. At the same time, it also avoids the situation of overloading and boring the car. The jaw crusher performs preliminary crushing, crushing the materials to a particle size of about 250mm, and then evenly sends the crushed materials through the belt conveyor to the cone crusher for secondary crushing. Vibrating screens are used for screening and classification. Materials larger than 31.5mm are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing. Materials below 31.5mm are divided into 0-10mm and 10-30mm materials by the belt conveyor to the finished product pile.

The potassium feldspar raw material is sent to the raw material bin by a forklift or dump truck, and then evenly fed to the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder, which crushes the material to a particle size of about 150mm, and then sends it to the cone crusher for crushing. Second broken.

The crushed materials are classified by the vibrating screen, and the 0-5mm materials are sent to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor.

Materials >30mm are sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor, and then crushed by the vibrating screen to form a closed circuit crushing.

Materials with a size of 5-30mm are sent to a high-efficiency centrifugal impact sand making machine through a belt conveyor for crushing. The crushed materials are classified by the vibrating screen, and the 0-5mm materials are sent to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor. The material is again sent to the high-efficiency centrifugal impact sand making machine for crushing to form a closed circuit until the material meets the specifications of the finished product, and then is sent to the finished product pile.
