The working principle of the spiral washing machine is to use the spiral device in the equipment to add water and stir the quartz sand. During the continuous stirring process, the thin film iron on the surface of the quartz sand is taken away by the water, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning and screening.
According to the number of spiral devices, the spiral washing machine can be divided into two types: single-screw washing machine and double-screw sand washing machine. Adjustment, sand washing efficiency is high, and it is very wear-resistant and practical.
The working principle of the cylinder washing machine is that the cleaning cylinder is supported by four tugboats, the motor drives the reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at a low speed.
