As the particles of quartz sand gradually become finer, the content of silica will gradually decrease, while the grade of impurities such as iron and aluminum will increase in reverse. The water washing process can well remove the thin film iron and some aluminum impurities on the surface of the quartz sand, paving the way for the subsequent purification process.

In the principle process of quartz sand beneficiation, water washing equipment is located before crushing, gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation operations, and is suitable for processing quartz sand containing more clay substances. 1. Spiral washing machine

The working principle of the spiral washing machine is to use the spiral device in the equipment to add water and stir the quartz sand. According to the number of spiral devices, the spiral washing machine can be divided into two types: single-screw washing machine and double-screw sand washing machine. Adjustment, sand washing efficiency is high, and it is very wear-resistant and practical.

2. Cylindrical washing machine

The working principle of the cylinder washing machine is that the cleaning cylinder is supported by four tugboats, the motor drives the reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at a low speed.
