The ore-forming conditions of niobium-lead ore are complex, the ore grade is mainly low-to-medium grade, and the ore-forming is uneven. The separation process of the two mainly includes the following steps:
① Jaw crushers and cone crushers are used for raw ore crushing and fine crushing. After fine crushing, the particle size of the raw ore needs to be less than or equal to 5 mm, and the ore with a particle size greater than 5 mm returns to the cone crusher for crushing again, forming a closed loop.
② Use a vibrating screen to screen the finely crushed ore, and use 0.3mm as the standard to divide the ore into 0.3mm-5mm ore and ore smaller than 0.3mm.
③ Use a ball mill to grind the ore with a particle size of 0.3mm-5mm. The ore after grinding is classified by a hydrocyclone. The secondary grinding forms a closed circuit.
④ The ore with a particle size of less than 0.3mm is sent to the spiral chute for re-election. The coarse concentrate selected by the spiral chute is selected by a shaking table, and the concentrated ore is subjected to magnetic separation and iron removal by a low-gradient and weak magnetic separator. , get qualified concentrate and tailings.
