my country is rich in lithium ore resources, with many mineral deposits and a large scale. It can be divided into three forms: spodumene, lepidolite and silicon crystal ore. Among them, spodumene is mainly distributed in Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, Jiangxi, Sichuan and Hunan provinces.

Spodumene is often symbiotic with quartz, feldspar, mica and other minerals, and is easy to weather. In order to improve the difficulty of beneficiation caused by this feature, we have developed a combined beneficiation technology to solve the above problems.

Ore pretreatment: Crushing spodumene raw ore with a crusher, grinding with a ball mill, sieving with a vibrating screen, and grading with a hydrocyclone. The grading particle size is 200 mesh, and the concentration accounts for about 75%.

Raw ore magnetic separation: set the magnetic field strength to 150~175kA/m, use the permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator to perform low-intensity magnetic separation on the graded ore pulp, and obtain fine magnetite concentrate and tailings after completion, and set the magnetic field strength again It is 770~950kA/m, and the tailings are subjected to high-intensity magnetic separation using a high-gradient wet magnetic separator to obtain a strong magnetic concentrate.

 

Enrichment by flotation: including one rough selection, two sweeps and two selections,

 

Dosage of chemicals includes: PH regulator sodium carbonate, dosage 1000g/t~1200g/t, collector fatty acid calcium, dosage 800g/t~950g/t.
