The spodumene pre-desliming process adopts a grinding-coarse-sweeping process. Before the pre-deliming operation, the raw ore needs to be crushed and screened. After meeting the grinding conditions, it is sent to a ball mill for grinding. It is advisable to grind until the ore particle size is -0.074mm, accounting for 75%. Then perform a rough scan operation.
In this stage, sulfuric acid and laurylamine are added as collectors for gangue minerals, and sent to the flotation machine for roughing and desliming operations. After the first stage of flotation machine performs preliminary desliming, the tailings are sent to the second stage In the sweeping stage, desliming is carried out in depth, in which the concentrate part is impurity slime, and the tailings part is spodumene coarse ore.
Lithium ore grinding - flotation desliming process
The lithium tailings flotation process of the spodumene adopts a rough, two fine and two sweep process. After desliming the tailings slurry, by adding hydrooxidation + sodium carbonate as a spodumene regulator, calcium chloride, 731 and oleic acid as a collector, the tailings slurry is roughly separated to recover lithium minerals, and the rough separation concentrate The spodumene concentrate is obtained by adding sodium carbonate twice, and the tailings are returned to the roughing stage, and the roughing tailings are collected by adding different doses of hydrooxidation + sodium carbonate and calcium chloride, 731, oleic acid, etc. Sweeping operations are carried out twice with the collector, and the concentrate part returns to the tailings roughing stage, while the tailings are directly discharged for tailings treatment.
