my country is rich in lithium ore resources, with many mineral deposits and large scales. Specifically, it is divided into three forms: spodumene, lepidolite and silica crystal ore. Among them, spodumene is mainly distributed in Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, Jiangxi, Sichuan and Hunan provinces.
Spodumene often coexists with quartz, feldspar, mica and other minerals and is easily weathered. In order to improve the mineral processing difficulties caused by this characteristic, we have developed a joint mineral processing technology to solve the above problems.
① Ore pretreatment: crush the spodumene ore using a crusher, grind it with a ball mill, screen it with a vibrating screen and then classify it with a hydrocyclone. The grading particle size is 200 mesh, and the concentration ratio is about 75%.
② Magnetic separation of raw ore: Set the magnetic field intensity to 150~175kA/m, use a permanent magnet drum magnetic separator to perform low-intensity magnetic separation on the classified slurry, and obtain fine magnetite concentrate and tailings after completion. Set the magnetic field intensity again It is 770~950kA/m. A high-gradient wet magnetic separator is used to perform high-intensity magnetic separation on the tailings to obtain strong magnetic concentrate.
③ Flotation enrichment: including one rough selection, two sweeps and two selections,
