Barite washing plant

Barite is a barium sulfate mineral, and its main component is barium sulfate. As an important non-metallic raw mineral, it has the advantages of being insoluble in water, high density, good filling ability, non-toxic, and easy to absorb radiation. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, building materials, medicine and other industries.

1. Barite washing plant

This device is a barite processing plant. Its main equipment includes jaw crusher, log cleaning machine, spiral sand washing machine, and vibrating screen belt conveyor.

a. The material under the vibrating feeder screen bar is transported to 2 spiral sand washing machines through the guide trough;

b. The material above the screen bar enters the jaw crusher, the material discharged from the jaw crusher enters 2 spiral sand washing machines, and the spiral discharge material enters 1 spiral sand washing machine.

c. The overflow of the spiral sand washing machine is directed to the vibrating screen. All the discharged materials from the three spiral sand washing machines enter the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen screens out 2 types of finished products with different particle sizes, 0-20mm and materials exceeding 20mm. 

2. Barite re-selection

a. Crushing: Barite is brittle and brittle, and the crushing process mainly uses a simple and practical jaw crusher; after the material is crushed in the first stage, it is transported to the secondary fine jaw crusher for secondary crushing.

b. Screening: Jig separation has strict requirements on material particle size, and a screening process needs to be set up. Circular vibrating screen to screen broken products

c. Silo and feeder: The function of the silo is to avoid a sudden decrease in the workload of the early equipment and to properly store a certain amount of materials. The function of the vibrating feeder is to feed the fixture materials evenly and stably;

d. Gravity separation: The crushed products are divided into different particle sizes and enter the jig for separation;

eDehydration stage: Design a suitable mechanical dehydration process according to requirements.
